I’m a baker, instructor & recipe developer based in Northern New Jersey. I teach baking & pastry classes at Little Fox Kitchen on scones, cookies, tarts & pies, elegant chocolate desserts, ice cream & sorbet, savory pastries, celebration cakes and more! My recipes are drawn from my career as a professional baker & farmers market vendor, with a focus on flavor, texture and baking with the seasons.
