Ingredients

We use all-natural, whole food ingredients in all of our baked goods.  We bake with the seasons and do our best to use locally grown produce whenever possible, though at times we will use fruits and vegetables that are frozen at peak freshness. Because we prioritize flavor over sweetness, we don’t overload our baked goods with sugar and we never, ever use artificial flavors. That means if you don’t like things too sweet, you’ll probably love our treats!

As our name would suggest we’re quite fond of butter, which we use in all our pastries, pie doughs, cakes and butter-creams. We do not offer vegan or sugar-free items at this time. We do offer several items that are made naturally without wheat flour, nuts or eggs, and in very few cases without dairy, based on their ingredients. All items are made fresh and contain no preservatives. And because we want you to enjoy everything we make, we’ve got some tips for the care & storage of your pastries.

A note about allergies

We keep our kitchen very clean and do our best to consider allergies and dietary restrictions when we clean our containers, tools, and all other surfaces. However, as we operate in a shared-use kitchen, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any kind of cross contamination. In the spirit of transparency, we share this with you for your safety and for the safety of all of our clients.

While we do have some menu items that are naturally nut-free and gluten-free (based on ingredients), we also recognize that those items are not certified as allergen-free.
